Terri has been involved in many non-traditional HIM roles in her 30 plus years as a HIM professional. Currently she is employed with Primetime Health Plan a Medicare Advantage program as Risk Adjustment Compliance/Coordinator. Previously she has held titles of Chargemaster Compliance/Coordinator and Physician Office Consultant/Manager at Aultman Health Foundation Canton, Ohio from 1995-2005.

Marie graduated from Stark State College in 2001 in Medical Transcription and again in 2004 in Health Information Technology. She is currently employed at Akron General Heart & Vascular Center assisting in the coordination of community and staff education and is also an at home Medical Transcriptionist for an internal medicine/endocrine specialist in California. She has plans to obtain a bachelor's degree in the near future.

Darlene is employed by Stark State College as Department Chair for Medical Technology Programs. She is responsible for the Health Information Technology Associate Degree program, Medical Coding and Medical Transcription Certificate programs, Medical Assisting Associate Degree program, Phlebotomy program, and the Medical Laboratory Technology Associate Degree program. She also teaches the Health Information Technology program. Totally, she has been employed for 31 years as an HIM professional.

Nancy works as a Coding Specialist at Medina General Hospital. Prior to that, she spent several years working from home as a Medical Transcriptionist, typing for a number of hospitals around the country. She is a recent graduate of DeVry University's HIT program and has plans to pursue a bachelor's degree in the near future.
