How I got Naturally rid of Gout?

This is my true story about how I got rid of my gout in less than a day. You may be able follow my steps, but everyone is different so it may take you longer. You may be able to get rid of your gout faster. Gout symptoms, which include redness, swelling and stiffness, inflammation, heat, heat when touched, and terrible, terrible pain, are caused by uric acid crystals that form in your joints. This is usually the big toe but can happen in any joint. When your body has higher than normal levels of uric acid, crystals can form.

Kidney Health

This can occur when your kidneys are not able to effectively process and expel excess uric acid from your body. This can happen if your kidneys aren’t working properly or if your body is producing too many uric acids for your kidneys. I must admit that I was not aware of the natural ways to get rid of gout. My brother-in law had found an online gout report and was raving about how it helped him get rid of his latest attack. He emailed me about it. Although I didn’t experience a gout attack at that time, I had been suffering from it for many years. I downloaded the report to help me remember. This morning, I woke up with severe pain in my right foot. These pains were so familiar to me that I knew it was gout. I needed to get it under control as soon as possible.

Natural Remedies

I knew that there were three natural remedies that could help with gout.

  • Water. This was the first tip I knew of but hadn’t taken seriously enough. This tip was about drinking lots water to flush out uric acid from your body. It’s so easy, and many people know it well, but don’t drink enough. The report recommended that you drink between 10 and 12 8oz glasses of water each day.
  • Cherries. In addition to the water, I also used a natural remedy that was 30-40 cherries every four hours. These cherries have amazing anti-inflammatory properties, and can help reduce uric acid. I was very fortunate to have them in season. However, I also knew that I could have purchased cherry juice from a health food shop.
  • Baking soda. Surprise! The last remedy was to mix baking soda with water. This will help dissolve painful uric acids crystals and aid your body to excrete more uric acid. I added 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to a large glass (8oz) of water and mixed it well. I drank one glass in the morning, followed by another every 2 to 4 hours. Then I had another glass right before bed. I did not consume more than 4 teaspoons baking soda that day.
  • I also stopped taking salt. The only thing I noticed was that the pain began to diminish over the course of the day. The pain and swelling subsided by the next morning. I was able to put on a shoe and socks without any issues and continue my daily activities. My attack was over for all intents.

Conclusion

According to the report, baking soda has been shown to work within two hours. Although this didn’t happen for me, my gout was relieved within 24 hours. It all depends on the individual and how severe the gout is. But I knew that recurring attacks could lead to serious problems, such as permanent joint damage or kidney problems. This was addressed in the report. I decided to use some of the gout prevention tips found in the report. I am happy to report that I have not had a gout attack since then!
