To remove gum, oil, grease spots, or crayon, use 1-2 drops of Lemon essential oils. To sterilize counter tops, add 2-3 drops of Lemon essential oil. To kill germs and disinfect your dishcloth, soak it overnight in a bowl of warm water. Before you run the dishwasher, add a drop of Lemon essential oils. After using public bathrooms, rub a few drops of Lemon essential oil onto your hands. To clean the toilet seats and fixtures in bathrooms, use a paper towel that has been soaked with Lemon essential oil.

To clean butcher’s blocks or other cutting surfaces, rub a drop of Lemon essential oils. To help remove stains and brighten your rug, add 10-15 drops of Lemon essential oils to each gallon carpet cleaning solution. It also gives off a fresh scent in the room. Instead of using chlorine bleach, use 30 drops of lemon essential oil in your washing machine. To disinfect your garbage disposal, put lemon rinds in it.
