How to eliminate Gout forever?

Gout is a form of arthritis that causes sudden, severe pain, stiffness, and swelling in the joints, most often the big toe. Gout is characterized by high levels of uric acids in the bloodstream. This is due to the accumulation of monosodium-urate crystals in the joints. Because the body is constantly breaking down and creating new cells, it is normal for some amount of uric acid to exist in the bloodstream. Gout is more common in those who are overweight, drink alcohol, or eat a lot of purines.

Purines can be found in familiar foods like fish and meats, which are precursors to uric acid. Purines are colorless crystals that metabolize to uric acids. When the kidneys can’t remove enough, the uric level becomes abnormally high. Gout is caused by too much uric acids in the blood stream, which forms hard crystals inside the joint. Gout is more common in men than it is in women. Therefore, it is best to eliminate gout permanently.

Gout Attacks

These can occur at night without warning and are often accompanied by severe pain in one of the joints. Gout can cause swelling and reddening of the joints, which can make it extremely painful. This disorder is most common at the base of the bigtoe. However, it can also occur in the ankle, wrist, knee, wrist, and elbow. The first few attacks typically affect one joint and may last for several days or weeks before the problem is resolved. The pain and discomfort will disappear over the next two weeks as the crystals begin to dissolve.

Some people may not experience another flare-up for months or years, while others may never have another attack for the rest their lives. If the gout attack continues untreated, the affected joint may be permanently damaged. Gout can cause stiffness and limited mobility in the joint if it is severe or chronic. Gout must be treated immediately if the patient is in the chronic stage. Gout is often diagnosed based on symptoms and joint examination.

Uric Acid Level

High levels of uric acid in the blood can support the diagnosis. Joint aspiration is also performed to remove fluid from the affected joint. The fluid is sent to the lab for examination under a polarized microscope. Many people will not reach the chronic stage if they receive prompt treatment and make long-term lifestyle changes. Gout can be eliminated forever, but the suffering caused by chronic gout symptoms is much more severe.

First, relieve the pain and stop the inflammation. Sometimes, the same needle that was used to drain fluid can be used to inject medication to stop the inflammation caused by urate crystallines. The second step is to prevent future attacks. This includes maintaining fluid intake, reducing weight, diet changes, and reducing alcohol consumption. Gout prevention and long-term treatment are essential to the health of the patient and the elimination of gout forever.
