How to lower Uric Acid?

Gout patients who suffer from frequent gout attacks should focus their attention on foods that have lower levels of uric acid. The list of foods that lower uric acid is too long to list here so I suggest you search online for “alkaline foods”. You will be presented with extensive lists of alkaline food options. It is better to search for “alkaline food” than “what foods lower in uric acid”. This is because the former phrase will return more accurate results, while the latter phrase will result in a list of high-purine foods to avoid.

Alkaline Foods

Alkaline foods are usually green fruits and vegetables. They are rich in alkaline minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and so forth. This can effectively ‘pull out’ hidden uric acids from the synovial fluid affected joints.
