How to take care of my Skin?

My skin and I have always enjoyed creating body butters and essential oil blends using carrier oils. Get creative when creating essential oil blends in carrier oils. There are many butters and oils to choose from. Avocado oil (Laurus Persea or Persea gratuitsima) has a high penetration. It deeply moisturizes and softens dry skin. It prevents cracks, chapping, and stretch marks. It is great for cell regeneration, and can be used to reduce skin inflammation. I like to wash my skin with warm water and a little avocado oil. It can also be used to carry arthritis pain blends.

Oils

Avocado oil gives your blend a vibrant green color! Baobab oil (Adansonia Digitata). Baobab Tree, a traditional African tree, produces an oil from its seeds that is rich in vitamins and has a pleasant nutty smell. It is deeply nourishing and softens the skin. It has been shown to re-moisturize and restore the epidermis. It is great for treating Eczema and Psoriasis. It reduces pain from burns and quickly regenerates epithelial tissue, especially when it is combined with Lavender essential oil. Cocoa butter (Theobroma Nucifera) Cocoa Butter is a hard, solid, aromatic butter made from the Cacao tree’s roasted seeds in West Africa. It is extremely protective of our skin, and adds a silky texture to body oils. It is rich in vitamin E and has a 5 IU per ounce.

This butter improves skin flexibility, health, and overall health. The antioxidant properties of cocoa butter are a particular highlight. It is used to treat wrinkles around eyes and corners. Coconut oil (Cocos Nucifera) is a coconut oil with a fresh coconut scent. It moisturizes and protects your skin by acting as a protective layer. Coconut oil is gentle and safe for sensitive skin. It can be used to treat dry, itchy skin, nail and cuticle care, fungus treatment, and for cuticle and nail treatment. It gives your body butters a tropical scent and blends well with Cocoa Butter.

Did you know?

Kombo butter (Pycnanthus anglesnis) has many wonderful benefits for skin. For a rich, fragrant, and healing body butter, I love to combine it with butters such as shea butter or cocoa butter. Kombo butter is anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic. It can be used in combination with essential oils to treat aching joints and muscles, and dry or irritated skin conditions. Kombo butter contains high levels of Myristoleic acid. Myristoleic acid can be used to treat pain in the joints and muscles for arthritis and gout. Kpangnan butter (Pentadesma soyracea) can be pronounced “Panya.” This butter is more moisturizing than shea butter, and has a warming effect on the skin. Kpangnan is high in stigmasterol, an unsaturated vegetable sterol that contains pain relieving and anti-inflammatory agents.

The texture of this solid butter is softer than expected, and it gives body butters a luxurious feel. It has a mild, nutty aroma. Marula oil (Sclerocarya Birrea) is a wonderful, golden carrier oil. It has a light aroma that is perfect for those who don’t want a strong smell. It can be used as a base for essential oils and butter blends, or on its own. It is great for oily hair and skin. It can be used to treat eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis. It can heal sunburns, and chapped or irritated skin. Cold pressing the Karite tree’s fruit yields West African Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii).

Shea Butter

Shea butter is a great moisturizer. It can help with dryness, dermatitis and eczema. Shea can be used as a moisturizer, lip balm, salve base and moisturizer for all types of dry skin conditions. It can also be used to treat sun-damaged skin as well as for the long-term skin health. The remarkable skin healing properties of Tamanu oil (Calophyllum Inophyllum) are well-known. It is a great aid in the healing of severe burns and cuts. It is an effective germicide that kills or prevents infection. It is used to treat shingles and skin lesions.

The healing properties of Tamanu oil are well-documented. Tamanu oil promotes the formation of new tissue, which speeds up healing and healthy skin growth. It is anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. The amazing properties of palm kernel oil (Elaeis Guineensis) are remarkable. The unique aroma is rich and nutty. It gives all body butters, soaps, and salves a smooth texture. It is incredibly emollient, and has cooling properties. It can be used to treat dry hair and lips. It is great for treating dry, itchy skin. It softens the skin and lubricates it. My favorite part of aromatherapy education is the mixing! Please note: Make sure you only buy organic, unrefined, and un-deodorized butters and carriers. Refining/deodorizing butter/carriers can be done using heat or solvents. This can cause the loss of natural vitamins and minerals.

Tamanu Oil

Tamanu oil is a new term that you may have heard of. Some people refer to it as Domba oils. However, there are many special properties that Tamanu oil has. Here are some reasons essential oils are being rediscovered for their many health and beauty benefits. What is Tamanu Oil? It is made from a mature tree that produces yellow-colored fruits twice a year. The thick skin protects the large nut that is used to make the final product. This tree is an indigenous South East Asian tree and is considered a beauty secret by the Vanuatu women. The nut’s kernel must be sun-dried until it turns to a dark greenish oil. It is then cold pressed to make the Tamanu oil we know. Cicatrisation is a key reason why Tamanu oil has enjoyed such a high popularity.

Cicatrisation refers to the speed of healing by new tissue formation. This natural oil encourages the formation of new tissues at a faster rate, which helps to reduce wrinkles and skin discoloration. It also contains calophyllolide (also known as coumarins), which are both anti-inflammatory and don’t contain steroids. They are naturally high in Tamanu oil in large quantities. People are sharing their experiences with this oil and the benefits it has for their skin.

Conclusion

What can you do with Tamanu Oil? It is because of its ingredients that it is so effective. It contains natural antibiotics that can be used to help prevent many types of infection. It is becoming more common to receive a prescription for lab-created antibiotics for any number of issues. This is because more strains are becoming resistant to this type of medicine. Natural oils have a powerful antibacterial effect on many strains of bacteria.

This is why many cultures have used them to treat various skin infections. Tamanu oil has both antimicrobial and antibiotic properties. It can be used as a moisturizer and a skin toner. This oil can be applied to ringworm, jock itch and herpes sores. It is a great skin care product that has been shown to dramatically reduce scarring. This natural oil can penetrate all three layers of the skin, including the epidermis (dermis), hydrodermis (hydrodermis), and lowers scarring. French research has shown that it can be used successfully for many skin conditions, including gangrenous and difficult-to-heal burns. This oil is a great option for improving your health and beauty.
