How to treat Knee Joint Pain?

The knee provides maximum support for our bodies and bears all pressure and force when we are standing, walking, and running. Any disruption in the knee joint can lead to severe knee joint pain. Treatments

  • Swimming and cycling are good options for treating early arthritis-related knee joint pains. In extreme cases, knee replacement surgery may be necessary to restore mobility.
  • The pain can be relieved by applying ice packs or hot compresses.
  • Regular massage of the knees with medicated and natural oils such as Rumatone Gold and eucalyptus gel camphor, menthol, and aloe vera gel camphor helps reduce inflammation and pain.
  • A few cups of tea made with marigold, meadow sweet flowers, is a great way to treat knee joint pains.
  • To control your body weight, you can opt for a low-calorie diet.
  • To prevent the condition from deteriorating, it is important to provide adequate rest to the knees and to regulate movements.
