It can be taken as a food supplement or as a turmeric-based food supplement.

Curcumin, like most curcuminoids, is not well absorbed by the body. This is a fact of nature.[1] It is often combined with piperine because of its low bioavailability.     I did not know that Curcumin is such a good natural plant for health. It is used as anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antioxidant, antitumor, antifungal and antibacterial. It’s amazing all the benefits it has! I am sure that Curcumin will help me to fight against the chronic Gout that I have been suffering from for 3 years. Thank you for such a great article for those of us who suffer from this painful disease!
