What are Facts of Coffee we should know about?

Every household needs to wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee. Even though there are many tea drinkers, no one can deny the wonderful aroma of tea. Coffee holds a special place in people’s hearts. The number of cafes has increased exponentially, making it difficult to order a brew. While you may be familiar with the names of various brews on the menu, you may not know the details of each mug. Many people avoid trying new brews and prefer to stick with the ones they already like. They end up ordering the same thing over and over again. You might discover a better and more delicious combination if you try new combinations.

Coffee Styles

The Turkish Coffee and Espresso are strong, black and require no milk or cream. Cafe Latte Espresso is espresso with coffee-flavoured syrup, milk, and Cafe au Lait Espresso is double strength with heated milk. Irish Coffee is made with whiskey and topped off with whipped cream. The Machiato is espresso with a little aerated milk. Cappuccino is espresso with a little milk and a light sprinkle on spices. Cafe Mocha is not what you would call “real coffee” because it is made from instant coffee, cocoa, and chocolate syrup, along with a little milk. Iced Coffee, which is made with espresso, whipped cream and crushed ice, is a popular choice.

There are two main types of beans: the Robusta and the Arabica. Because of its rich aromas and flavor, the Arabica bean is more expensive. Because Robusta beans are cheaper, instant coffee is usually made with them. If you’re a true coffee fan, you’ll know that fresh-roasted beans make the best brew. The final flavour of the bean also depends on how it is roasted. If you want to get the best flavor, fresh beans should be used within a day. You can store it in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Did you know?

Coffee is believed to lower the risk of several diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, gall stones, tooth decay and gout, as well as the incidence of cancer. It is said to protect the heart and liver, and act as a diuretic. It is not recommended during pregnancy because of its adverse effects, including sleep disturbances, tooth staining, and an increase in blood pressure. Research shows that women are more likely to experience the benefits of this supplement than men. It is important to consume it in moderate amounts. As early as the fifteenth-century, coffee was first grown in Ethiopia’s highlands. It was only in the last century that it was cultivated in Australia.

Cultivation in Australia was only possible after the introduction of mechanical harvesting in the 1980s. The coffee-growing areas in Australia are North Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Australia exports half of its coffee, which is 200 to 600 tonnes. Despite being marketed as organic, Australian coffee is not organic. This is due to increased pesticide use in the plantations. The world’s most expensive coffee comes from Indonesia, some parts of the Philippines and East Timor. It’s most common names include Kape Alamid, Motit Coffee and Kafe Laku.

This is made from the bean that has been consumed by the Asian Palm Civet. It then passes through its digestive system and is then left in its original form by the civet. These beans are then harvested, cleaned and dried in the sun. Then they are lightly roasted to make the best and most aromatic coffee in the world. Kopi Luvak costs approximately US $700 per kilogram. In Vietnam, it is also known as Weasel Coffee. This is a chemically stimulated version. While brewing your own coffee is a great way to enjoy the benefits, it is not always possible. Sipping a cup of coffee in a cafe with a book or a friend is a more enjoyable experience.

Hydration Benefits

We need to be properly hydrated for the thousands metabolic functions our cells need water for. US EPA statistics: 95% of North Americans are chronically dehydrated. Lack of Hydration can cause listlessness, lightheadedness, digestion problems, muscle cramps and joint and muscle pain, stiffness, headaches and hypertension (high Blood Pressure), heart palpitations and strokes, as well as coma and death. The body holds onto what it has when it is dehydrated by constricting blood vessels throughout its body. This reduces the loss through the skin and respiration and conserves the body’s water supply. As the level of dehydration rises, this coping mechanism will become less effective. We think we get the benefits of hydration through drinks like tea, coffee, juice, pop, sports drink, and processed drinks. We aren’t!

Why? These drinks contain caffeine, alcohol, sugar, artificial sweetnesseners, or other chemicals that dehydrate. This creates the opposite effect to drinking pure water. Facts: 70% of adult bodies are made up of water. Water is constantly lost through sweat, urination, breathing, diarrhoea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Aside from that, tap water and bottled water are too acidic for us to balance our pH. Nearly every condition has dehydration as a major problem.

Hydration

Drinking restructured water from an Ionizer is the fastest way to hydrate. Smaller water clusters mean greater hydration. Water ionizers are available on the market. These tools actually reduce water clusters from 30-50 molecules to 3 or 5 molecules per cluster, allowing penetration through cells’ walls. This is called Super-Hydration and it makes a big difference. Since I was nine years old, I have been drinking water from an electrolyzer for my good health. Water ionized water will hydrate you up to 4 to 6 times better than tap, well, or bottled water. This level of hydration is very beneficial for cellular cleansing and flushing out toxins.

It is the best tool to increase circulation and support organ function. It is important to start your day with two glasses of this water. Super-hydration can provide relief for joint and muscle pain, as well as gout. Hydration can reduce inflammation, which will help to ease arthritis pain, which is largely caused by inflammation. You can reverse any muscle spasms you may be experiencing with super-hydration. Drink a glass of water before you go to bed. Drinking this water regularly will reduce digestive problems such as constipation and indigestion. Clear thinking and mental processing are also possible with this water. Take a glass of this super fluid water. Did I mention headaches or migraines? No. Hydration is the best way to reduce or eliminate headaches. A great tool to promote deep sleep.
