Gout does not mean you should be deprived of your taste buds. Gout sufferers must make some changes to their diet, which can often be drastic and overwhelming. Your meal planning will change to accommodate future attacks of gout. Try noodles with a parmesan cheese dressing for a delicious and healthy meal. This is one of those foods you will love. Combine garlic, tomatoes, salt, yogurt and olive oil. Add pepper and salt. Place the mixture on a platter. Decorate with olives and radishes. Make the dough for your pies. Set it aside. Mix all ingredients together and set aside. Next, make 20 equal-sized balls of dough. Place the dough balls on a cookie sheet coated with flour. Place the dough balls on a flour-dusted cookie sheet and cover with a damp cloth. Let them rest in a warm area for approximately half an hour. The balls should be rolled into 6-inch circles. Divide the filling into 20 equal portions. Place each portion of the filling into the dough ball. To form a pizza slice, fold the dough ball over the filling.

Make sure to seal the edges of your crust. You must place the filling in the pies immediately. Otherwise, the filling may change to a watery consistency. Place the pies on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 400F for 20 mins. They are done when the pies turn a light golden color. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
