Prebiyotikler ve Probiyotikler ne işe yarar?

Recent studies have produced a lot of evidence, some fully substantiated, others not. I also read press releases from July 2011 about some of the most prominent names in the food industry, such as Nestle, which stated that they are entering the medical food industry with a focus upon prebiotic supplements. There’s smoke where there’s fire! It’s not surprising, considering the boom in probiotics supplements markets. No matter how many claims are confirmed or not, it is certain that there will be a significant increase in prebiotics supplements over time. Let’s take a look at some of those positive claims and facts.

Probiyotikler

Probiotics, which are friendly bacteria that live in our intestinal tracts, can also be referred to probiotic supplements derived mainly from fermented foods like yogurt. This is not a prebiotics-versus-probiotics battle, as some companies may try to convince you. These work together to maintain a healthy digestive system. Probiotics are essential for good health. However, they are not self-sustaining and require the nutrients provided by prebiotics to grow. Prebiotics may be able to prevent pathogens, which are unfriendly bacteria, from sticking to the intestinal walls.

This is what researchers are studying. Prebiotic nutrients that end up in the large intestinale (colon) can start a fermentation process that produces short-chain fatty acid molecules. These acids destroy pathogens before they can grow tissue cells on the walls. This is crucial because these cells can grow into cancerous polyps. Experts say that colon cancer can be prevented. All it takes to ensure our body has the right nutrients to fight off dangerous pathogens is to provide the proper nutrition.

Although it sounds simple, think about the American diet. We eat junk containing high levels of unhealthy saturated fats and sugars. Our digestive system is not getting the nutrients it needs to function properly. They Keep on Telling Us, But We Don’t Listen! Experts say that diet alone can prevent colon cancer. Healthy diets include prebiotic nutrients, such as dietary fibers, potent enzymes, and antioxidants in the phytophenols. We eat a lot of processed junk food, high in unhealthy fats and sugar, which is a diet that lacks the essential nutrients our bodies need to stay healthy.

Magnesium Deficiency

Magnesium deficiency may cause symptoms that are so broad they are not severe enough to rule out the possibility of developing a serious condition. You may feel tired, headaches, irritability, or a craving for carbohydrate. So, you might try drinking more coffee, or even chocolate. (Chocolate has magnesium in its). You can also use an OTC painkiller. Adding magnesium to your diet could make these magnesium deficiencies disappear. Perspiration is produced by exercise, dancing, cheerleading, stressing, panicking and just living. The body eliminates essential minerals like potassium, zinc and copper as well as calcium, magnesium, and other important minerals. You can partially replace these minerals by eating fresh green vegetables.

The more green food you eat, the more magnesium you will get. Magnesium’s 300+ biochemical activities are what make it so important. Magnesium can also enhance the absorption of vitamins and minerals. Magnesium plays a vital role in bone density, heart health and muscle function. It also helps with digestion, carbohydrate tolerance, digestion, skin health, and other important functions.

Magnesium Supplement

A magnesium supplement should be taken at a dose of 1000 mg per day. Magnesium toxicity can be dangerous and can lead to kidney failure. Your doctor may recommend a higher dose. It all depends on how the magnesium has been mixed by the brand you choose. A 400 mg dose of the mineral might contain less pure elemental magnesium. There are no simple tests that can tell you if your magnesium levels are low. Because magnesium isn’t just in your blood, it needs to be assessed in every organ and tissue. Non-medical practitioners may recommend a magnesium supplement to improve your health. Doctors who are interested in nutrition may also recommend a magnesium supplement. Because magnesium deficiency is now widespread and is associated with a lack of well-being, this is why many doctors are interested in nutrition. On this topic, you may even hear the term “epidemic”.

Magnesium is not found in processed foods in the industrialized world. You are missing good nutrition if you don’t have the time to prepare fresh food. Even green vegetables and salads can lack minerals if they have been chemically fertilized. You’ll be healthier if you choose organically grown foods. This is a huge problem that can have a major impact on our health. Another benefit to adding magnesium to your daily food is that it causes an alkalization in your body. Your well-being depends on your pH, or acid/alkaline equilibrium. Acidosis, or maintaining a high acid PH, is responsible for the common cold, flus and other serious conditions like indigestion, gout and kidney stones. A condition that is acidic may be present for years before it becomes a disease.

Did you know?

Acidic bodies are home to bacteria, viruses, fungus and yeasts. A healthy PH can be maintained by proper mineralization. Magnesium is a good mineral that helps you use your other vitamins and minerals better. Magnesium can also help with mild bowel movements. It isn’t a drastic cleanse, so you don’t have to be at work. The relaxing effect on your smooth muscles can stimulate more frequent bowel movements if you have been constipated. This effect lasts for a few days, and the magnesium gradually becomes ingrained in the body.

You’ll be getting rid of any waste that harbours bacteria, yeast, and fungus that have been compromising your digestive system and unbalancing, if not completely destroying, your friendly bacteria growth. I haven’t listed all symptoms of magnesium deficiency. There are many signs and symptoms that can be caused by a lack enzyme activity. Although enzyme activity can be complicated, think of enzymes more as triggers or spark plugs that start a series of biochemical events that coordinate the complex traffic direction within our system.
