How do I get rid of Gout?

Generally, to dissolve crystal deposits and thus cure gout we need to make use of medication that decreases purine production or increases its elimination. Indeed, reducing uric acid can reduce the risk of gout and may even prevent subsequent flare-ups in people with the condition.

Most gout sufferers have been depositing urate in their tissues for years without knowing or noticing it. This is why it’s not easy to dissolve these accumulations and get rid of gout. Something very important is to change diet and lifestyle.

There are a number of natural remedies for gout available. Most of them have scientifically proven effectiveness.

For example, an excellent home remedy to lower high uric acid levels is to prepare a mixture of baking soda and water. Just add a small spoonful of baking soda in half a glass of water and that’s it. The ideal is to drink eight glasses a day with this preparation. However, on the days we take it, we must follow a low-salt diet, since baking soda contains sodium.

To lower high uric acid, we must always maintain good hydration in the body. We must drink between 1.5 and 2 liters of water a day to stimulate kidney function, since the purines that raise uric acid are eliminated through urine. In addition to drinking water, we can also consume green tea or dandelion.

Citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons and grapefruit are ideal for lowering high uric acid. But there are also other fruits such as cherries, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, apples, grapes or bananas that serve to reduce uric acid levels. Raw or roasted nuts (but not fried), dairy products and vegetables such as celery, cauliflower, leeks and green beans are also very beneficial in this regard.

Dairy products should include skimmed milk, low-fat yogurts that do not contain cream and non-fatty cheeses. In addition, olive and seed oils such as sunflower or corn should be included, but no fats such as lard, butter or cream.

Organic seeds are also very good for lowering uric acid levels. Flax, alfalfa and barley seeds are rich in protein, phosphorus and magnesium, as well as flaxseed, chia or horsetail. All of them should be introduced in our diet if we have problems with high uric acid.

There are also several foods that raise uric acid or that we should not consume if we suffer from this problem.

This is the case of viscera (liver, heart and kidneys), seafood both fresh and canned, oily fish (salmon, tuna or sardines), red meat (beef, pork, beef or lamb), legumes, whether fresh or dried, spinach, asparagus, mushrooms, mushrooms and alcoholic beverages such as beer. Nor should we eat fatty sausages such as chorizo or sausages.

With high uric acid, it is necessary to control the consumption of foods such as coffee, industrial pastries, dehydrated foods such as sachet soups and cereals and products made from them.

In short, controlling the diet is a key factor in reducing excess uric acid in the body. This is a problem that must be tackled in time, as it can lead to serious kidney complications and affect cardiovascular health.

I am not sure if the turmeric adds that little something special, but this Fyron G1 really works. I have been taking the supplement 3 a day as directed, and my knees are definitely feeling better. I have purchased other similar supplements in the past and they did not work as well as this one. I am hard on my knees with weight training and skiing, and I highly recommend this product and just purchased another supply.

I take Fyron G1+G2 twice daily. After about 2 weeks of regular use I noticed a considerable difference in my knees. I have mild arthritis in both of my knees. I haven’t had to treat my knee pain with nearly as much ibuprofen as I used to. Great product!
