As early as the fifteenth-century, coffee was first grown in Ethiopia’s highlands. It was only in the last century that it was cultivated in Australia.

Cultivation in Australia was only possible after the introduction of mechanical harvesting in the 1980s. The coffee-growing areas in Australia are North Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Australia exports half of its coffee, which is 200 to 600 tonnes. Despite being marketed as organic, Australian coffee is not organic. This is due to increased pesticide use in the plantations. Hydration Benefits

We need to be properly hydrated for the thousands metabolic functions our cells need water for. US EPA statistics: 95% of North Americans are chronically dehydrated. Lack of Hydration can cause listlessness, lightheadedness, digestion problems, muscle cramps and joint and muscle pain, stiffness, headaches and hypertension (high Blood Pressure), heart palpitations and strokes, as well as coma and death. The body holds onto what it has when it is dehydrated by constricting blood vessels throughout its body. This reduces the loss through the skin and respiration and conserves the body’s water supply. As the level of dehydration rises, this coping mechanism will become less effective. We think we get the benefits of hydration through drinks like tea, coffee, juice, pop, sports drink, and processed drinks. We aren’t!

Why? These drinks contain caffeine, alcohol, sugar, artificial sweetnesseners, or other chemicals that dehydrate. This creates the opposite effect to drinking pure water. Facts: 70% of adult bodies are made up of water. Water is constantly lost through sweat, urination, breathing, diarrhoea and vomitin. Aside from that, tap water and bottled water are too acidic for us to balance our pH. Nearly every condition has dehydration as a major problem.

Hydration

Drinking restructured water from an Ionizer is the fastest way to hydrate. Smaller water clusters mean greater hydration. Water ionizers are available on the market. These tools actually reduce water clusters from 30-50 molecules to 3 or 5 molecules per cluster, allowing penetration through cells’ walls. This is called Super-Hydration and it makes a big difference. Since I was nine years old, I have been drinking water from an electrolyzer for my good health. Water ionized water will hydrate you up to 4 to 6 times better than tap, well, or bottled water. This level of hydration is very beneficial for cellular cleansing and flushing out toxins.

It is the best tool to increase circulation and support organ function. It is important to start your day with two glasses of this water. Super-hydration can provide relief for joint and muscle pain, as well as gout. Hydration can reduce inflammation, which will help to ease arthritis pain, which is largely caused by inflammation. You can reverse any muscle spasms you may be experiencing with super-hydration. Drink a glass of water before you go to bed. Drinking this water regularly will reduce digestive problems such as constipation and indigestion. Clear thinking and mental processing are also possible with this water. Take a glass of this super fluid water. Did I mention headaches or migraines? No. Hydration is the best way to reduce or eliminate headaches. A great tool to promote deep sleep.

What are the hydration benefits of drinking coffee?

Coffee can contribute to your daily hydration needs as it consists mostly of water. While it does contain caffeine, which can have a mild diuretic effect, the overall hydrating properties of coffee outweigh this. It's important to note that excessive consumption of caffeinated beverages may have a stronger diuretic effect, so moderate coffee consumption can still contribute to your hydration goals.

How does coffee affect hydration levels?

Coffee is primarily water-based, which means it can help meet your daily hydration needs. Although caffeine in coffee has a mild diuretic effect, the overall fluid intake from coffee offsets this effect. Regular coffee consumption in moderate amounts should not significantly impact hydration levels.

Can coffee replace water for staying hydrated?

While coffee can contribute to your hydration needs, it is still recommended to consume plain water as the primary source of hydration. Water is essential for optimal bodily functions, and although coffee can provide additional fluids, it should not replace water entirely. It's best to maintain a balanced approach and incorporate a variety of fluids into your daily routine.

How much coffee can I consume to stay hydrated?

Moderation is key when it comes to consuming coffee for hydration purposes. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) suggests that up to 400mg of caffeine per day (approximately 4 cups of coffee) is safe for most healthy adults. However, individual tolerance to caffeine may vary, so it's important to listen to your body and adjust your coffee intake accordingly to stay adequately hydrated.

Are there any potential drawbacks to relying on coffee for hydration?

While coffee can contribute to your hydration goals, it's important to be mindful of certain considerations. Excessive caffeine consumption may lead to increased urine output and potential dehydration if not balanced with adequate fluid intake. Additionally, some individuals may experience caffeine sensitivity or other side effects, so it's crucial to pay attention to your body's response and make informed choices about your overall fluid intake.

You wouldn’t think a supplement would eliminate the pain, and you’d have to take it for a while to work. These Fyron G1+G2 drops start working the day you take it. I have severe hip and back pain. I took this Fyron G1+G2 and that night I could sleep painlessly. It really works. Don’t hit it until you try it.
