What causes Heel Pain?

Do not underestimate the pain that is commonly known as heel pain. This constant pain can make you feel drained and lethargic. If you notice heel pain early, don’t delay. Plantar Fasciitis, a severe form of plantar fasciitis, can occur at any age, but it is more common in older people.

Plantar Fasciitis can also be seen in people who are overweight. There are other causes of foot pain, like gout and rheumatoid arthritis. However, Plantar Fasciitis accounts for about 95 percent of cases of heel pain. Many people blame their shoes at first. While shoes are often a factor, it is not always easy. It is important to make sure that your footwear is appropriate for the activity.

Triggers

Below are some common triggers for plantar fasciitis or heel pain. Tight achilles tendon tissues. Stress in the instep. Running or any other exercise without warming up. Walking for longer than usual. This illness can cause severe pain when you get out of bed. This is a sign that you may have Plantar Fasciitis. In its early stages, heel pain can be eased by stretching your feet before you get out of bed each morning. You can also ease heel pain in the early stages by doing gentle stretching of the Achilles Tendon and calf muscles.

Activities that can aggravate the condition should be reduced or avoided. This requires common sense. It is impossible to avoid common daily activities like walking and going up stairs. Running or lifting heavy objects should be stopped. These activities can increase the pain in the heel. Plantar fasciitis, the most common type of heel pain, is a sign of a physical disability that can hinder or prevent weight loss programs.

Heel problems are not usually associated with obesity. It is clear that heel pain relief can make a significant contribution to weight loss and better overall health. Plantar fasciitis is a condition that prevents you from running. You should also stop walking until the pain disappears completely. You can jog slowly each day until you feel some discomfort. Then, you must stop for the day. It is now common knowledge that exercise is an integral part of staying fit and healthy. It is important to avoid heel pain by using sensible warm-ups and gradually increasing your intensity of exercise.
