Which Vitamins are good for Gout?

A few vitamins have been studied as possible natural remedies for gout. One vitamin is vitamin C, which has been shown to reduce uric acid levels in some studies. In earlier articles, I wrote about vitamin C for gout. To make it more effective, ensure you purchase a Vitamin C preparation with added flavonoids.
