Epsom salts are one of the home remedies that I haven’t tried for gout. Its effectiveness is unknown to me. However, I have done extensive research and found many instances in which people have spoken highly of Epsom Salt. I also discovered many articles about the subject that praise it. What is Epsom salt? Epsom salt has been around for a long time. It is named after Epsom, England, U.K. It can be found in grocery stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It is available in both crystal and gel forms. It can be used for many medical purposes, including as a laxative for certain skin conditions, pain relief, and for other medical reasons.

It has many beauty and household benefits. What are the benefits of Epsom Salts for the treatment of Gout? Magnesium is essential for the body’s health as it regulates the activity more than 300 enzymes. It reduces muscle inflammation and pain and helps nerves function properly. Sulphates can improve the absorption of nutrients and flush out toxins from the body.

They are also believed to help the skin excrete uric acids. These things can all be helpful in treating gout symptoms. How can Epsom salt be used to treat gout? Gout can be treated by applying a compress on the affected area. Mix 2 cups salts with 1 gallon warm water. Stir until the salts are dissolved. To make sure the mixture is completely saturated, soak a towel or cloth in it. Wrap the material around the joint. Keep it in place for about 20 minutes.

A foot bath can be made by adding 1/2 cup Epsom salts to a bowl of warm water. Before you put your foot in, make sure the temperature is right. If your foot feels comfortable, you can soak it for 20-30 minutes. You can also take an Epsom salt bath. Add 2 cups of Epsom salts to a warm tub and allow to soak for 20-30 minutes.
