How to treat the Gout Big Toe Ache?

Gout is often introduced when our big toes hurt more than we thought. Walking and shoes are not going to happen. The toe has taken over our every thought, and action. What is the problem? Uric acid is a waste product of digestion. It is usually secreted quietly into our kidneys and then out of our bodies in the form of urine. However, uric acid can form crystals in our joints when levels are high. It can be quite achy. It can feel pretty achy when it lands in its favorite place-our big toe. This is misery of the very highest order.

Gout

Gout is most common in men. What is the cause of this horrible idea? Doctors will tell you that it’s too many alcohol, too many caffeine, or too much meat, especially organ-meat. Truth be told, I don’t believe so. Perhaps alcohol is poisonous, as our bodies perceive it. Talking about caffeine and meat is more of a medical reaction to having something to say. They might tell you that gout is caused by hypothyroidism. However, since any problem can be caused by low thyroid, it’s possible they are right.

They may also tell you that the low-dose aspirin and diuretic they ordered can cause your gout. They will tell you to continue taking the aspirin or diuretic but to add another medication for gout. That’s a different story, but it’s not much of an option. Here’s what they won’t tell you. High fructose syrup raises uric acids like nobody’s business. Gout can be a serious problem if you have a history of gout or have had gout in the past.

What to do?

High fructose corn syrup must be eliminated. It’s everywhere so it doesn’t take much effort to avoid it. If you don’t want to put in the effort, don’t tell me about your toe. Okay. Let’s stop with the hard love. What can you do to relieve gout? Red cherries can be eaten or red cherry juice. Without sugar and certainly not high fructose corn syrup. Gout medicine can be prescribed by doctors, but cherries are equally effective.

Don’t hesitate to return to your feet once your toe crisis has passed. A tendency to high levels of uric acid should be enough warning, don’t think? High levels of uric acid can lead to kidney disease. What can you do? Drink plenty of water from reverse osmosis systems.

Remember

RO systems remove toxins, hormones and medications from our water. They also remove chlorine, fluoride, and other chemicals that can adversely affect your health. Get on a good vitamin/mineral plan. Give your body the support it requires. Many people are apprehensive about nutritional supplements. But if your body needs energy or spunk, this is the place to go. Those babies saved my life.
