How is Gout and Obesity linked?

People ignore the fact that obesity is the root cause of most health problems. I have seen patients who have created complete gout programs and therapies for themselves, which include 8-12 medications and remedies. The worst part is that they continue to tell me that they are overweight and drink excessively. It is time to wake up if you are one of these people or have any medical condition.

Obesity

Obesity is a killer. Although it is unlikely that you will die directly from obesity, the many negative effects it has on your health mean that there is little chance of survival. You will need it, not only because obesity can make your daily life difficult. Unless you take the time to educate yourself about the situation you find yourself in. It is important to really look at yourself. This is not always easy.

Ask yourself the following question: Where will I be in five or ten years if I continue on my current path? Is this where you want to be? Not? Good news! Start slowly and make small changes to your daily routine. Start to record what you eat and drink every day.

Do This!

Keep track of what you eat and drink, including the amount of fat, sugar, and carbohydrate in each product. Take a walk and drink water, not soft drinks. Avoid fast food outlets. Fresh produce is best. Avoid alcohol, or at the very least, reduce your alcohol consumption. Start slowly to achieve success. You don’t have to do a 10-kilometer jog or go to the gym for two hours.

Gout sufferers should be aware that sudden changes can trigger an attack. Please don’t go on a crash diet. This would be the worst mistake you could make. For your specific needs, your physician will refer you directly to a dietician. If you are unsure if you are obese, take a look at your Body Mass Index (BMI). This is based on your height and weight. Google has many calculators.
