How to cure Gout Attacks without Drugs?

Gout is a painful and debilitating condition that affects the joints. It is caused by crystallized urine acid, which builds up around the affected joint. Gout is most commonly seen in the big toe. However, it can also affect the ankle, foot, ankle, knee, hip, ankle, knee, elbow, wrist, finger, and spine. Gout can cause severe damage to the affected joint. Gout is characterized by high blood uric acid levels. High levels of uric acids may be due to the kidneys’ inability to remove enough uric acid. What To Do?

There are high-protein foods that won’t cause gout attacks. These foods are listed below in categorical order. Eggs and Dairy Products – Milk, cheese, cottage cheese and yogurt are all high in protein. Grains and Cereals are high in protein. Buckwheat, amaranth grains (usually sold at health food shops), as well as quinoa. Nuts & Seeds: Peanuts, almonds cashews pecans sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds are high in protein. Tofu, soy milk beans, beans, soy beans, split peas, and soy beans are all high in protein.

These high-protein foods can be substituted for meats and seafood you normally eat. You are once again in luck. Red wine does not cause gout attacks as it doesn’t raise the body’s uric acids level. Red wine may actually lower uric acid levels. Red wine can help you unwind just as well as beer.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C, as well as red wine, may reduce uric acid levels. Most gout sufferers experience a decrease in uric acid levels when they consume high doses of vitamin C. High-dose vitamin C can make gout worse for some people. Gout sufferers who take 500 mg of vitamin C per day notice a significant reduction in their uric acid levels. You should consult your doctor before you start a vitamin-C regimen. High-dose vitamin C could cause kidney stones by removing too much uric acid too quickly.

Is Protein Substitution practical? You may be thinking, “Okay, this all makes perfect sense, but it’s impossible to do.” This protein substitution lacks variety. There’s no way I’m going to follow it. What is the problem with lack of variety? Let’s see. I will try to think of a variety gout-safe, high-protein foods. These foods can be eaten without meats or seafood.
