Why is Zeolite important for my Health?

Zeolite, a mineral and an aluminosilicat, is formed from the interaction of hot lava from volcanoes with sea or ocean water. There are many types and compositions of zeolites today. However, only two have been used for therapy: Clinoptilolite or Chabazite. Frederik Cronstedt, a Swedish mineralogist, gave the term “zeolite”. It comes from Antique Greek which means “to boil”. In a mot-a–mot translation, the term “zeolite” would refer to “the stone which boils”, referring to the amazing interaction between hot lava and sea water. Zeolite therapy is a long-standing tradition. This mineral is used in Ayurveda medicine (the traditional Indian medicine), traditional Chinese medicine, and the popular Russian one. Why is zeolite so precious?

Let’s start

The silica block of zeolite is neutral in electrical conductivity, but the aluminum block of zeolite carries an electric charge, which forms spots of negative charges throughout its crystal structure. A tri-dimensional structure with a negative charge attracts pollutants. It is balanced by the cations Calcium and Phosphorus. The positive minerals Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium are attracted to the mineral zeolite. These positively charged cations become heavy metals like Cadmium, Mercury and Lead. The zeolite, which functions as a catalyze, is responsible for safely removing them from the organism. Mercury and Cadmium, which are smaller ions than those of Mercury, are attracted to the zeolite’s cage structure and kept for safe elimination. In just one week, clinical studies on volunteers showed a 5 to 7-fold increase in urine elimination. A higher level of hydration is required throughout the zeolite detoxification.

The following diseases can be prevented by zeolite: heavy metal and pesticide intoxication, radiation, prostate cancer, skin cancers, breast cancers, diarrhea, intestinal infections ulcers, immune deficiencies. The most effective method for heavy metals and toxic substances elimination is detoxification using zeolite products. The most effective natural detoxification method using zeolite has been proven to be worldwide. Because it is easier to absorb in the bloodstream, the liquid zeolite form is the most effective. Zeolite traps unwanted compounds as it travels to all bodily organs and leaves behind the beneficial ones. A zeolite detoxification can be beneficial for everyone, but pregnant women and those under 18 years of age should consult a doctor before using the product. Get a boost for your body with liquid zeolite, and you’ll feel like a newborn every single day. After consuming zeolite for a few days, you will notice a difference in your mood and outlook. Eliminating toxins is the way to do this!

Water Fasting

The old hygienic maxim states that the doctor doesn’t heal, the drugs don’t heal, and only the body heals. If the body isn’t able to heal itself, then nothing can. The body knows best what it needs and what it should do. Healing involves repairing damaged tissues and organs. This takes energy. A sick body is already exhausted, weak and unable to cope with current stressors. Fasting bodies begin to access nutritional reserves (vitamins, minerals) that were previously stored in tissues and start converting body fat into energy fuel. It is possible to sustain the body’s entire energy and nutritional needs by using only water.

However, it takes a lot less effort than eating. A fasting body would use about five percent of its daily energy budget for nutritional concerns, rather than the 33 per cent it needs to process new foods. Water fasting gives the body 28 percent more energy. Even though the water fast may feel weak and energyless, this is true. I would be worried if the sicker or more toxic fasters didn’t complain about their weakness. They should expect to feel tired and powerless. The body works very hard internally so the more internal healing and detoxification it requires, the more tired it will feel. If the problem is infection, a lot of the body’s energy will be used to boost the immune system.

The liberated energy can be used to heal damaged parts, rebuild failing organs, and for breaking down toxic material deposits. Once the majority of the healing is complete, a faster person will feel more energetic. Expect to feel tired and weak. Only the exception would be someone who has previously detoxified and healed their body through previous fasting. One of my faster friends who has experienced this phenomenon says that if he feels “run down” or gets a cold, he stops eating until he feels well. He doesn’t feel weak like most fasters, but he feels more energetic after each day of water fasting. He would feel rotten on the first day of fasting, which is why he started it in the first place.

Good to know

He would feel more alert the second day and be able to catch up on his paper work. He would be out doing physical chores such as cutting grass, splitting wood, or weeding his vegetable gardens by the third day of drinking only water. Day four would be energetic, but if the fast was extended beyond that, his blood sugar levels would drop further, making him tired, and he would feel forced to lay down. The average person’s blood sugar levels drop after a day of water fasting. This makes a faster feel a bit tired and “spacey”. A typical faster also begins to spend more time resting, which further reduces the energy required to move the body around. This serendipitously redirects even more of the body’s energy budget towards healing. It’s not possible to know it if it isn’t felt. It is something that very few people in our culture know. As I mentioned in the beginning, I was apprenticed at Great Oaks School to the traveling masters of nearly every system of natural healing during the 1970s. I tried almost all of them on clients and observed each one at work. I can tell you from experience that the fast is the best healing tool.

  • You can speed in bright, airy rooms with excellent ventilation. Faster animals need lots of fresh air.
  • If possible, sun bathe in warm climates for 10-20 minutes in the morning to avoid the sun getting too strong.
  • Use a dry brush to scrub the skin, working toward the heart. Followed by a warm shower two to four days a week to help the skin eliminate toxins. You can also have an assisted bath if you are too weak.
  • For the first week, have two enemas each day. Then, once daily until you end the fast.
  • If you have experience, ensure a harmonious environment with supportive people. Avoid any interference or anxious criticism.
