Avoid friend foods, high-fat foods, animal products, and meats to avoid high purine counts. Tip: Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, and limit animal-based foods. Avoid fast food and processed foods.
  • Did you know that fruits and vegetables can help you flush your body and detoxify yourself? Water-soluble fiber (fruits, vegetables) is the best way for your body to flush out toxins. Tip: Make sure to visit your local market and stock up on fruits, vegetables, and other nutrients. At least five servings per day is the goal.
