How to stop Gout Pain?

Have you ever visited a doctor to treat pain or swelling? They don’t really tell you what’s wrong, but they can write a prescription. This is how I have lived for the past five years. I am 46 years old now. In high school, I tore the ligaments of my left ankle. Doctors told me that it would have been better to break it than to continue having problems for the rest of my life. They were correct! Later in my life, around 30 years old, I broke a bone in the foot. I suffered a severe injury in my right knee years later, when I was 40. I was admitted to hospital and had to undergo painful therapy.

Injuries

You’re now all caught up. I will occasionally injure either my left foot or my right knee about once a year. Sometimes it’s minor. It will feel like a sprain. Sometimes, however, I experience intense swelling that spreads quickly to my feet, ankles and knees. These areas are “literally” hardened and I can’t move my waist. All X-rays, blood tests, etc. show nothing. They then prescribe Indocin to reduce swelling and reduce pain. If you take Indocin for too long, it can cause other health problems.

This led me to look into natural, less-invasive ways to heal this condition. I am not a doctor. After seeing what worked for others, I’m simply sharing what worked for me. I was aware that Omega-3 fish oil (purified) and Cherry Juice can help prevent joint problems. I have been taking both for the last year and I feel amazing!

Cherry Juice

Cherry juice has been lab tested and the results show it to be THE antioxidant gem in all of it. It’s worth looking into. Omega-3 is known to improve circulation and heart function. It has also been shown to benefit the brain. 60% of the brain’s fat is fat. It needs good fat to function and stay healthy. What’s the best part? Omega-3 is the “good fat”. Certain fish, such as salmon, have Omega-3 properties.

This works for me, and many others, even though I’m not a physician. You must also remember to exercise and eat right. It is impossible to eat salmon and drink cherry juice and believe the world is beautiful. You need to be careful with your alcohol intake and get outside to exercise.

Exercise

Although exercise seems like a four letter word to most people it can make a huge difference in your life. Even something as simple as walking can make a big difference. Walking is a good option if you live less than a mile from your local grocery store. If you live less than 5 miles from your work, why not rent a bike? There are many excuses, but I have been doing this for years.
